Moremi supported housing is a project which supports and empowers some of the most vulnerable people in our community, such as people with mental health issues, learning or physical disabilities, addiction issues, people at risk of domestic violence and homelessness.
The aim of supported accommodation is to give individuals the opportunity to live as independently as possible with help from staff when needed. Our clients make their own choices, whenever possible and we support them towards their move on plan.
Our Support Workers provide support on budgeting, mental health, financial and social to help our clients to gain life skills that will enable them in achieving their goal of moving into independent living. To meet the needs of our clients, Moremi Housing Support regularly reviews and implement procedures that ensure the delivery of quality personalised service in the long term. This is organised to meet the wishes of our clients
